Easy way to complete your hours: Any family who brings an interested new family to open house this weekend may credit yourself 5 parent hours! The parent must check in at our welcome table and state that your referred them to receive this credit.
WASC HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE
We will also need to provide hospitality and meals for our WASC visiting committee during our final visit March 6-8. Any parents interested in being part of our WASC hospitality committee, please also contact Ms. Scanlon via email or phone.
TEACHER AND STAFF APPRECIATION LUNCHEON
It is a beautiful tradition at OLG, that the last Friday of Catholic School Weeks, February 3, is Faculty and Staff appreciation day, on this day parents organize a simple lunch for the teachers and support staff. Any parents interested in helping with this small luncheon by making or sending in a special dish, please email Ms. Scanlon at scanlon@guadalupeschool.com or give her a call at the school.

We are looking for parent volunteers to assist with Open House this Sunday, January 29th from 12:30pm to 2:30pm for the following positions: Parking Lot Attendees, Spirit Wear Sales, Parent Tour Guides, Refreshments, and Welcome Table Representatives. SPARTAN PARENT CLUB MEETING
The Spartan Parent Club Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 1, from 6:00pm- 7:00pm at La Dolce Vita Restaurant located at 740 South B Street, Oxnard, CA 93030. All parents are welcome.

Fiesta is around the corner and the fiesta team is already busy planning what is sure to be an amazing, fun-filled day. If anyone knows of a band or musical group that would be interested in donating a few hours of their time and talent at this year's fiesta (Sunday, April 1) in exchange for the advertising/marketing/
